Tuscan Chicken

4 small boneless chicken breasts
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed (1/2  8 oz. pkg.)
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. pesto
2 c. grape or cherry tomatoes
1 c. Italian Five Cheese blend
Salt and pepper

Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on med. high heat.

Salt and pepper chicken pieces and add to skillet.  Cover; cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until done.

Remove from skillet.  Cover to keep warm.

Add cream cheese, water, pesto and tomatoes to skillet.  Cook uncovered on med. heat for 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Return chicken to skillet.  Cook and stir 1 minute or until chicken is coated and heated through.  Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Serve over angel hair pasta.
