Homemade Tortilla Chips

Corn tortillas
4 c. canola oil
Sea salt

Cut tortillas in half, then in half again, making triangles.

Heat oil in large pot.

When oil is hot (test by putting in one piece, if it sizzles, then the oil is ready!).

Add about 12 triangles to the oil at a time and fry until golden brown.

Remove to papertowels to drain.  Add salt.




Make up a big batch of these for a Super Bowl party and serve with homemade Pico De Gallo!  Eat them while they're warm and crispy...delish!

Note:  Allow the oil to cool, then pour into a jar and reuse!  Store in refrigerator.
