HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all my faithful followers!!  I hope that each of you will be blessed by family, friends, fellowship, fun, and food this Thanksgiving.  Don't forget to thank God for all He has given you.

Did anyone check out the Thanksgiving recipes?  I didn't get to post very many because my computer was NOT nice to me...computers are like men, you can't live with 'em and you can't live without 'em!  Right?  I think my computer knows the exact second I sit down in front of it...it likes to taunt me and watch me get aggravated...and probably laughs its stinking head off!!!  Probably calls up all its nerdy, brainy friends and they have a laugh fest at my expense!!!  Well, I'm glad I got that off my chest.

There are four menus this week.  After all, it is Thanksgiving week and you'll be chowing down on turkey at least ONE day this week...and if you're cooking the turkey, you'll probably be eating it more than once.  It'll get really boring, just like that pumpkin stuff!!  But hey, let's give thanks for the 'ol tom, after all, he did give his life for you.

Remember the Crispy Onion Chicken recipe?  Did you cook it?  Well, I used that same recipe, but used it with pork chops!  I have to say, that was the best pork chop I've ever eaten...I could have eaten 4 of them, not really, but they were oh so tasty!  The perfect companion with a baked sweet potato....mmmmm.

I'm posting a recipe also for Apple Cranberry Pie.  You just HAVE to try it...OMG...I've eaten more than half the pie by myself this week...this blog is going to make me fat!!!  But it is Thanksgiving week and we're supposed to eat, right?  I'll start my diet again on Monday, or maybe the following Monday, or maybe not.

I'm really hoping that you are finding some joy in the art of cooking.  I know your family is enjoying the pleasure of sitting down to dinner with their loved ones...talking about the day and laughing.  Hopefully not laughing at the food, but with each other, and enjoying each others company.  That's what life is all about!

Until next week, love from my kitchen to yours.
